Shipping Policy

Shipping & Processing Time:

Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 20 days of your purchase (weekends and holidays excluded). 

Processing Time for Videos: Orders will be processed and filmed within 30 days of your purchase (weekends and holidays excluded).

Shipping: All orders will be shipped within 3-5 days after being processed, 

Tracking numbers will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Order Cancellation:

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Shipping information:

FiercelyME is not responsible for any packages delivered to the wrong address, due to an incorrect shipping address given at the time of purchase. Please make sure the information given to us is accurate and correct.

All orders are double checked for accuracy before being shipped. FiercelyME is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages that occur while in the shipping process. Please contact your local USPS for any issues.
