Processing Time:

 All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of your purchase (weekends and holidays excluded). Your tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Order Cancellation:

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

FiercelyME is not responsible for any packages delivered to the wrong address, due to an incorrect shipping address given at the time of purchase or any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please make sure the information given to us is accurate and correct.

All orders are double checked for accuracy before being shipped. FiercelyME is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages that occur while in the shipping process. Please contact your local USPS for any issues.
